I didn't even click on this clip at first because I thought it was just going to be a preview. MOst other Episodes have Part 1 or Part 2 etc in the name. I guess this one must come in right after the intro

Because she was a baby, and because she was a 4400, she aged rapidly, to a body of a girl about 18. Her father gave her this water that another 4400 made with their ability, which would make you age back to a baby. The girl she played, Isabelle, was upset because she wanted to be an adult again and go back to her friends and her new life.

She is crying because she has been given something by another 4400 to make her age (younger) Isabelle is 20!! So she is crying because she is scared and wants to be back to normal. She played a GREAT Isabelle!!
