Jesus people. A ghetto blaster is a big ass stereo (Seriously. Google it). This song is about cranking up your stereo (ghetto blaster) and partying. It all makes perfect sense. There is no misunderstanding about the meaning of "ghetto". The only misunderstanding is your inability to comprehend what the song is about.
