材料:

蛋ㄧ顆
青蔥
溫開水
滾開水

做法:

用縫衣針在雞蛋的頂端刺個小洞,然後將雞蛋放到ㄧ個小碗裡面,加入溫開水倒滿蓋過雞蛋,這個時候會看到水裡有些小泡泡從雞蛋孔流出來,那是把空氣排掉,如果有白色的蛋絲跑­出來,便用筷子把它剝掉,保持蛋孔不阻塞。

接著下來,把剛剛的溫水倒掉。將電熱水壺內已沸騰煮好的水倒入沖雞蛋,待涼後倒掉(約10分鐘),重複作三次。(很累吧!)

做完3次X10分鐘=30分鐘之後,把蛋殼敲開兩半,用小湯匙小心把蛋取出,置入小碗裡,加上自製日式淡醬油,切上蔥花即可食用。

我總共做了兩次,第ㄧ次失敗不夠熟,第二次還算OK,但是蛋白都散掉。
