I filmed a ton of video clips today, however, I couldn't figure out how to put it all together with my pictures in moviemaker, aghhhh! So I decided to at least put up my food vlog. I also completed week 4/day1 of the C25K program and made it out alive! My calves were on fire after runnining (2) 3 minute runs and (2) 5 minute runs alternated with 1-2 minute walks, but I pushed through!
