Sorry if I have not replied sooner. Glad you find the video amusing. Anyway, the wrapper he was referring to is called "tau-pe" which literally translated as soybean wrap. It is the skin membrane that is the by product of soybean milk when it is first produced and the warm milk is left to cool. The powder is called five spice powder, in Chinese is called, Ngo Hiyong. They are available in local Chinese grocery shops in Manila or in any Asian store in the US.
