Unreal Tournament - Morpheus

Unreal Tournament is one of my favourite FPS's of all time :) To celebrate that fact, here's me in the middle of a team deathmatch fighting for my life at one of my favourite maps, DM-Morpheus.

I remember in 1999-2000 when i came home from school on Friday afternoons, I'd call up my buddies, we'd get on our dialup internet and play this stuff. then when i got on a HS streak, people would blame the 300ms latency...

This vid almost made me cry. Oh the memories! The rush of flying building to building and sneaking up on people at such fast pace was nothing i've ever seen in gaming since.

Ja, ganz toll, rennen, zielen und schießen gleichzeitig. Das braucht stundenlange Übung über Tage und Wochen.

Die Art und Weise, nur Stumpf draufloszurennen und zu springen, während man alle erdenklich günstigen Winkel dabei beschießt... Ist genau das Gegenteil von dem, was Unreal an sich eigentlich machen wollte.

Ich kann das auch, so Berserker-mäßig durch die Gegend rennen und alles killen, was mir vor'n Latz kommt. Das ist aber stumpf, blöd und macht keinen Spaß mehr.
