We installed a JVC Arsenal KW-NT1 into a Ford F-150 Lightning. The JVC KW-NT1 navigation receiver fit perfectly into the double din dash opening. The unit has a big 6.1" screen that gives you touchscreen control over your whole system. It comes with DVD and CD playback, plus built-in flash memory that brings up your navigation maps quickly when you need them.

This JVC unit has an easy to use GPS navigation. You'll see turn by turn directions and enjoy access to over 6 million points of interest. Text-to-speech technology calls out the name of the street for your next turn. You can update you maps through the SD card slot. You can even copy your own points-of-interest from Google Maps on your home computer, then load them onto the KW-NT1 using the SD card.

This unit also comes with built-in Bluetooth technology so you can make safe hands-free calls in your vehicle.

  • JVC's bloww

  • 98 f150. Would a dd be able to fit with out any major modification?

  • yea dude just take a dremel tool and whittle that plastic riser out man, everyone does it, much better units in Double D than the littler heads, IMHO, that plastic just allows the stock head to press against it instead of any rear support bolts like old ones had, thats what that big rubber delio is on the back of the stock head unit, when pressed into locked into place it smashes up against that to keep from rattlin apart, nice engineerin eh>.whack that crap outta the way mayne!

  • I was going to put in a jvc double din as well but when i got it all torn apart and my dash sitting on the ground i found out double din will not work in any f150- 97-03 in the stock location as there is plastic molded into the dash that slants in the back of the old stock unit, requiring modification if you wished to still install a double din, in my opinion not worth it...

  • how much was it for the whole thing ?

  • did you have to do any modifications to the dash to make this unit fit? im thinking of putting a jvc double din in my 01 f-150
