For me, Newfoundland Québec and BC are the 3 most awesome and beautiful province!! Lived on the Rock for a few years, and no it is not cold in Newfoundland. Overall, it is more temperate than Ottawa...we could be in t-shirt at night in march because of the weird wind reversal effect from the land......wow...
