Repeatedly press & let go of accelerate while waiting. Stop doing so with about 1.5 seconds before the start & then hold accelerate with about 0.5 seconds to go.

how can the flatbed have so much damage (2nd to the left on the road, 99k). it didnt fell over, nor was anything on it. or was there?
