Jeff from springfield (delco) PA and Stan from Bulgaria jump from 75 ft bridge into notoriously bull shark infested waters, Bahia Honda state park Bahia Honda Key Florida.

Note to all tourists visiting the Florida keys: Don't ever do this. i can't believe an adult would film this and encourage this reckless, dangerous, and idiotic behavior. I have been to the bridge many times and kayakers use that underpass constantly. So you could have jumped and killed somebody paddling through there. Plus, I have seen 10 foot + bullsharks in there on numerous occasions. And who was there to rescue you if you had been knocked unconscious from that drop? Nobody.

my only jump was off the opposite side of the bridge near the end. There was a fast current, so while waiting for my friend to jump I had to swim a lot and I was drifing farter from the bridge and getting tired, so I realized I should swim for shore.... and a park ranger came up and stopped my friend while he was still hanging over the rail trying to get up the courage. That was about 25 years ago, and I always have wondered about the official height. Glad to have the rangers' comments on that!

How far is that swim back to shore? Where they jumped Or at the end of the bridge ??

Bahia Ranger here,, its 65' which takes nothing away from this jump.. but .. the deep end is at the (end) of the bridge.. Surviveing this was an act of god.. As far as bull shark infested waters.. NOT! Black tips at best and know one in the history of Bahia Honda has ever been shark bit... on occasion our biggest job is simpley protecting the public from themselves,, case in point...
