Grazie!......

  • i love you irene papas!!!!! i'm so proud you are greek!!!

  • On the other hand, it is something very interesting from Appiani, who says that according to the legend, Ciclope Polifemus who lived in Sicily, had three sons : Illyr, Celt and Gale---

---So, in this way , the Homer's legend and Appiani's account shows that Polifemus and Odisseus spoke the same language , Illyrian-----which is the language of albanians

And somehting else ; In that Island , when Lord Byron paid a visit in 1810 , He said that , there were living albanians, only

  • @ezekielwahwah You are again "Blind" LOL

What U say will make sense

if this story would have happen before the War of Troy.--But this story has taken place in their way back home, after the war of Troy

--In this time ALL know that Ulisses is very smart and full of tricks, cuze he Invented the Horse oif Troy,

The Greatest Trick of All times

--So, it does not make sense to say that Homer Invented all this story to show the "smartness " of Odisseus when All know that He was SMART

  • @aspetosi

ahahah... Nope, Homer just wanted to show Odisseus' smartness in defeating Polifemus by calling himself "Nobody".

You (not yours) invented all the rest. :-))

  • @ezekielwahwah ---------- A "Blinded "....Explanation can't ruin my ...."Party" --

I said ....YOURS -- not YOU --Capito ?

So, Polifemus told the other Ciclope:....Your-s blinded me----Which means somoene of Ciclope's friends, or relatives (they were all brothers )

This part with Qiclope Poliefemus is a fairey tale , it's not true

--Homer has staged that story in this way to Send a Message to all generations -----:...BE CAREFUL from YOURS (Friends, relatives, Brother, sister etc)
