You can jailbreak your iPhone or iPod Touch(i jailbroke mine) and get a add-on from Cydia(Anti App store)for free, it automatically enables the keyboard then you just go to settings and... yeah what he did. YOU GOT 3 PHONES!!!

That is why Apple only enabled it for Japanese users. Emoji is an emotiCON*(yes emotICON not emotion lol) database used in almost EVERY SINGLE Japanese phone produced today.
So in Japan, anyone would be able to see those, as pretty much everyone has a cellphone with emoji. :)
Apple disabled it for the US because they don't want all this miscommunication with shitty US phones that don't have emoji.
