Ascension Journal Entry 16: New Skin

I can feel my holding patterns, the way I am holding the form of my body as it is -(not allowing much change). I can feel these holding patterns giving way, I can feel the energies and vibrations making their way through.

@07rioclick That made me giggle, haha.. When I was first roused it was challenging, I was mind wiped and could not access what I normally accessed to speak. Everything came through s u p e r s l o w. It got better over time. Thanks for listening in.

Sounds intense and beautiful. You speak such powerful images--I hear you say holding pattern but your description sounds more like an incredible metamorphosis.

all these images of cells and nuclei, even that inside of the balloon imagery, the balloon expanding so that it shows you how much larger brighter your energy field has become....

that's the way it sounds to me. Thank you.
