best way is to adjust the servo linkages that normally solves the problem but if it doesnt try the idle screw, failing that try leanning out the low speed needle
remember to only make small adjustments at any one time and only adjust onething at a time if it doesnt work return it to the original setting before trying the next solution

it shouldn't be a problem most scales use a standard sized hex for their size, i'm not sure what size 1/10 uses but my 1/8 use a 22mm hex.
but you can buy adapters to make it possible to use a diffrent size hex.

might be a stupid question, but could you do something like get some 1/10 on road wheels and put them on a 1/10 truck with no other mods to the hex's and stuff?
