Yep.Thank god I took a bit on that program at the site

    MusclesMaximizer.info

cause I thought it was just another scam in the net but

when I tried it myself, it was great! That program

customizes my exact pre & post post workout needs &

take advantage of the anabolic wndows I have that

will take me from skinny to jacked in a hurry.

  • Too many microwave items :P

  • @Aceman2929 God help you...

  • How does a diet help u????

  • dont drink, dont smoke, dont do drugs, eat healthy, workout, stay safe....die anyways

  • I'm addicted to tacos, burgers, and pizza...

  • breaded chicken?

  • flounder salmon?

  • The most important aspect of any fitness goal is rest, you can't be staying up all night playing games. Get to sleep! But I'm sorry I've had to dislike simply because this diet is completely messed up for weight loss or even fitness and strength. Every one should be looking into High Protein, Med/High Fat, and low/very low carbs, e.g. The Atkins Diet
