This is how u lose the love handles or fat on your abs:
Start doing the follow all around the same period of time...

- Cardio (ie. Jogging, Jump Ropes, Swimming)
- Change your diet: cut out sugar, fried foods, and most dairy products
- Use the medicine ball and do lots of ab workouts,

Your goal is to be able to do 300 crunches in one session, with a couple breaks here and there.

This guarantees a bad ass 6 pack.

Wrong. Stop lying to ppl u are gonne ruin ppl's bodys. It is very very different, I will tell u why. When u do cardi and diet first then u lose weight fast, u lost both fat and muscle. So when u do diet and cardio for a while the time comes u wanna work out u will have less weight to bring up everytime u do a crunch. Which means your muscles will take a lot longer to grow than if u started doing the crunches when u started the cardio and diet. U are just cheating yourself...

Def. Cardio. Its been working for me these last past weeks. But, i have a question. If there is still fat on the love handle area, and i work it out, wouldn't that cause the muscle under the fat to tighten up, and just give me hard love handles, making it look like im a fatty

You should do cardio workout, that burns more fat, and maybe it's genetic. In that case there's not much you can do about it.
