    This is how u lose the love handles or fat on your abs:

    Start doing the follow all around the same period of time...

    - Cardio (ie. Jogging, Jump Ropes, Swimming)

    - Change your diet: cut out sugar, fried foods, and most dairy products

    - Use the medicine ball and do lots of ab workouts,

    Your goal is to be able to do 300 crunches in one session, with a couple breaks here and there.

    This guarantees a bad ass 6 pack.

  • Helpful video! btw my uncle applied this famous weight loss program called: Impact 790 Diet and shed 7 kgs within a month. I can't remember the actual website just Google it.

  • it may not reduce waist size, but it DOES help to tone muscles.

  • No abs exercise can reduce waist size, only cardio and diet, so stop wasting your time.

    If this worked we would be seeing people with fat upper and lower bodies, but skinny midsections....or NOT.

  • I've been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I'm a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.

    HOW TO LOSE FAT

    1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat "low glycemic" carb sources in the day).

    2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.

    3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com

    4) Perform high intensity interval training.
