How to have fun in unmodded Clear Sky. Firstly, don't bother using pistols since you can't aim them (zo0m is not aiming). Secondly, save your game before battling hordes of monsters so you can battle them over and over again. The only weapons you really need are one rifle and one shotgun of your choice. In this game, you should always pack a shotgun for dealing with mutants. The Chaser is the best, better even than the SPAS. For some reason, they made it so you don't aim the SPAS right. You aim over the rear aperture instead of through it (same with the LR-300). With the Chaser, you actually aim correctly with the rifle sights. Plus, you can upgrade its durability so it becomes all the more reliable. The biggest downside to the Chaser is the unnecessary cocking animation which I find extremely distracting and lame. If there's a round in the chamber, you DO NOT pump the slide! That is, unless you're unloading the chamber (not applicable in this game). Also, don't bother using shotgun slugs. They have very little resale value, but they're worthless, so sell them all. Use buckshot only. Use rifles against human enemy fighters, shotguns against monstrous mutant beasts.

Note: Playing off saved games in Clear Sky that I thought I'd "lost" to "oblivion." Just needed some varietarianism after making 140+ ShoC/ObLost vids. XD Also notice the swamp fleshes. More abundant in the year 2011. There aren't enough monsters in this game, though, compared to ShoC or ObLost. I know it focuses on the Faction War, but I like to hunt monsters...and I'm better at it than Duty.
