  • I'm not a beginner but this video is a great example of a perfect right hand technique tutorial. For boxers and kickboxers it's always important to go back to some basics from now and then.

  • shut the fuck up and show us already

  • I think one of the prerequisite of being a boxing coach is being able to articulate a very loud and clear ''BOOM! and BAM!''. Every boxing coach does that i swear!

  • 2:50 3:32

  • LA GUARDIA MUY ABIERTA

  • Shouldn't the left foot be in line with the the white line ? It looks like it limits the pivoting.

  • i wouldnt say years. i havent mastered it but its not 2 hard

  • @mastermation ahmm yeah!! u have to box without BODY LANGUAGE! thats whats my trainer told me!! and u cant jsut throw the lead right when u in the mood.. u have to wait for the right moment!! like catching the guy out of balance!!

  • @espfit its fucking dangerous to throw a " lead right hand" or " lead left hook".. when i throw a " lead right Hand " i first try to catch the guy out of balance! somethimes it goes wrong. LOL but most of the time i can land it!

  • @TripleNipple3 well it depends f ur a southpaw
