its very important to teach respect in martial art schools and what hes trying to say is respect other arts.thats all.dont judge beacause every martial arts has its....im sure u know what i mean.philosophy is also very important to set the mind right. and erase things like anger or revenge.martial arts are not only to fight..1

People must remember this - always try to improve, but never forget the past. Many times, we think we are "advancing", "innovating", and "progressing". Whatever "style" you train should only hav to do with what style of Competition you should do, it Would be realy stupid to train no-gi for gi competition :0)

One time in a gi class I made a good no gi guy puke , it was his first gi class.
