@lassimikael Actually not! As SG is an abbreviation, you spell it as /ˈɛs ˈdʒiː/ (Credits for the phonetics go to Wikipedia, thanks), i.e. you spell SG with a vowel at the beginning. This is what matters in the «a or an» question :)

@midnightclubII Well, you will happen to meet him occasionally after completing the Lab 21 quest (or whatever it was called). Or after the brain scorcher. It's not the one from strelok's hiding place.
