These are a great way to finish off your chest workout.
Make sure you get in the comfortable position by lowering your hips towards the floor until your calves rest on your thighs.
Keep your shoulder blades retracted (squeezed back) basically stick your chest out for the duration of the movement.
If you can't feel this one in your chest you may have underlying postural issues.
