RRA vs Stag arms vs DPMS vs Bushmaster in quality and acuracy and about 5.56 is that same as 223 and can yu shoot 223 out a 5.56 camberd gun???

You can shoot 223 out of a 5.56mm weapon. All of those are very good brands, and I own at least one of each. Just get the one that has the features that you like best.

I have no experience with either. I see no need to convert a perfectly good AR system into a piston just for the sake of doing so.
