@KirHARESETHgoesto11 You might find DivineFire, Sinbreed, Hibria, Theocracy, Seventh Avenue, Majestic Vanguard, Skylark, and other bands like that interesting. DivineFire and Theocracy are personal favorites of mine.

Power metal is my favorite,but I don't think the band's he chose were very heavy vocal wise I mean what about the newer Tad morose,Sabaton,Bloodbound,Dark at dawn,Solar fragment,Pertness,Iced earth with Matt barlow,Nightmare,Kiauss,The new Edge of thorn's,Blind guardian,Morgana lefay,Freternia ext.So I just thought I'd throw those out there...

It seems to me that most power metal nowadays is actually just progressive fantasy metal; power metal lyrics, but not power metal music. Also, they tend to overuse keyboards and the singers sound the same. I like real power metal, where I can tell songs and singers apart, i.e. Blind Guardian, Iced Earth, Jag Panzer, Sabaton, Gamma Ray, Hammerfall, Manowar, etc. I must say though, I was impressed by how not-gay these bands sound compared to many other falsesly labeled "power" metal bands.
