Pentagon Worker Victim April Gallup said there was no plane debris at Pentagon. Why did the FBI collect all those closed circuit surveillance tapes surrounding the pentagon immediately after the explosion at the pentagon? Why do the only two tapes shown to the public not show a huge 757 plane in them? Why does the punchout on the inner ring have tool marks around the hole? Why are the interior columns blast scrubbed and not sheared by a plane? Why was there smoke machines at the construction trailer? Why did the exterior face not have damage you would expect from a plane that made a cartoon cutout on the WTC buildings? Why was there no large debris anywhere (no tail section, fuselage, or wings)? Why was the pieces not recovered and reconstructed in a hangar for a NTSB investigation? Why is the northern interior shear face the plane flew directly into perfectly undamaged and sliced clean? Why is there no visible plane wreckage, unbroken windows, electrical spools, undamaged cars, and unbroken trees where the plane supposedly hit? Why does the FEMA photos inside the Pentagon not have one piece of plane anywhere in the collapsed debris? Maybe that is because there was no plane! On the day when the pentagon was attacked April Gallup was just arriving to work. She had just returned from maternity leave. In her arms she was carrying her baby, and her main concern was to get him to the daycare. Prior to her taking her son to the daycare she had to do some things in her computer for her coworkers. She turned on the computer and just as she turned on the computer, she heard a large explosion. The pentagon was attacked but by what? As she tried to make herself a way out of the debris of the explosion her main concern was to get her child to safety, but she could not immediately find him. So her next concern was to help her coworkers get out from under the rubble. After she helped her coworkers and they ran for their lives out of the office, she luckily found her child from under a small patch of debris. With the love of a mother she pulled him out toward safety. As she made her way out of the Pentagon with the rest of her coworkers, she could not find any plane debris where the explosion was located at. This is a first hand report from an eyewitness on the subject, should not her testimony be taken as worthy of an investigation. The FBI needs to release the tapes of the Pentagon to the public and let the people know the real truth instead of hiding it........ Confounding lawyers and legal scholars all over the world, Judge John Walker, first cousin of former President George W. Bush, was one of three judges of the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals to hear argument Tuesday in Gallop v. Cheney, Rumsfeld and Myers, the lawsuit brought by a soldier injured during the attack on the Pentagon that accuses former Vice President Dick Cheney, former secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, and former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Richard Myers of conspiring to facilitate the terrorist attacks of 9/11 that killed 3000 Americans and has resulted in the deaths of many more, due to the toxicity of the clean-up conditions at Ground Zero. William Veale, April Gallop's lawyer from the Center for 9/11 Justice, learning of the assignment the usual 5 days before the argument, filed a motion to disqualify Judge Walker the day before the argument. When the case was called in the normal course, there had still been no decision made by the court. When Veale reminded the court of the pending motion, Judge Winter said it is denied. Veale requested a continuance to seek appellate review of the court's ruling but that motion was denied as well. Argument followed but John Walker (Bush), and fellow judges Cabranes and Winter, seemed more interested in making sure that Veale was properly licensed to practice before the court than the stark legal issues presented by the appeal. The appeal is from a ruling by then District Court Judge, now 2nd Circuit Court Judge, Denny Chin, dismissing Ms. Gallop's lawsuit with prejudice, writing that the allegations contained there are "implausible" and the product of "cynical delusion and fantasy."
