Update - 7 full days and the new floor is in. I feel your pain! I was able to remove one section of siding and push in the new floor from the outside so I could attach it (bottom up) to the walls. New vinal flooring that came in long strips worked excellent. Reinstalled the tub (correctly), and added a door opening to the vanity front. Used Minwax wood restorer in a few small areas that were not too far gone.

I have a question, can it be fixed if the outside of the trailers bottom is sagging? It's alrdy started to show the insulation on the outside : / (this is a friends trailer and I told him I didnt think it could be fixed am I right?)

I have a 1989 Shamrock. I just bought it. There is a soft rotten area on the floor and on the rightside of the frame from water damage. Other than the thing is sturdy. When it rains it runs onto the thresh hold and onto the linoleum It's soft for about 8 inches around just by the door.
I really liked the work you did, do you have anymore info on the trailer? I am doing a 1994 30ft dutchman
thanks

Don't remember friends trailer name. Just start removing furnature till you get to the problem. Trailers were built from floor up, and inside out. So any repair will be tough to do. Try not to make any cuts in anything that will show. If doing flooring, go to least noticable spot, and line up any designs. Good luck, they can be put back together if you have enough endurance.
