Just listening to this I know why I am drawn to Tom. To hear the compassion and sympathy he has in his voice confirms that he has a great heart. One of which I hope to get the opportunity see first hand. Things like this is one of the reasons his fans love him today. As do I.

Tom is so kind and caring, he reads the letter with such empathy and compassion how very thoughtful to share the tragic story of this victim God Bless to all 9/11 Victims and survivors and their families, as well as Tom and his.
