YouCity Real Estate by Urban Synergy Group

YouCity Real Estate is an ongoing Research Project at ETH Zurich that investigates the capabilities of personalized and semi-automatic real estate assessment by oscillating smoothly between city scale and single property. As building regulations are in their nature mainly rule-based, the CityEngine is the perfect tool to describe digitalized spatial regulations and to picture the volumetric exploited city of Zurich.
