Meet Doni: Kidney Transplant Recipient

Growing up with diabetes, Doni has always made her health a priority. This outlook helped her when she was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease. She received a kidney transplant but ended up on dialysis again after an infection and allergic reaction. Doni was fortunate to have a second transplant, which was successful. As a transplant coordinator, Doni works with others during their transplant process.
