  • I like what I don't like and don't like what I like. Is there another way to practice this most important subject? I find it very useful to appreciate everything but it is very difficult not to get caught up in definitions of what is good or bad. Is pain not the number one thing people try escape in all its different forms and shapes.. Thats why it is difficult to stay in sitting position for hours. Pain, hate and everything else comes up. Not comfort. I don't like this video :)

  • @etphonehome2915 What is IT that doesn't like this video?

  • Yes, and one day I will drop by your center to ask the same question. Don't know mind :). I can't even explain what a mosquito is even if I used a million years to define it with all our modern knowledge, science etc. Not even if I saw everything in a clear vision - lost in translation and definitions. Where does a mosquito come from? My only answer to all questions about "reality" is: what kind of knowledge or insight is important to help "beings". It is impossible to catch what is :)

  • Thank you very much..

  • Your videos are very very important and it is such a shame that these subjects don't get a million hits. One day they will. I find don't know mind so inspiring and .. it can change so many things, litteraly everything. To be an expert in don't know mind is most important, huge understatement. Is don't know mind not a good way to practice unattachment? I mean, what is there to be attached to if we don't know what things are?... Unattachment to what, is your next question :).

  • I like this video. But it doesn't matter. :)
