  • The trailer is made up of so many alternate takes from the movie.

  • Yep

  • that's a history of the st.valentine's day massacre back in feb.14 history of 30's and 50's omg that's a gangster movie

  • @Biscuitchris7again True Moran went from being a millionaire to just another hood jailed for bank robbery. But he ooutlasted Capone and kept the Northside until Repeal. In terms of violence and retribution he was a match for anytbody; in terms of long term planning and security he was a joke, albiet a deadly one. Glad to have some discussion!

  • @deriter64 - The plan was to hit Moran himself. But it was a huge blow none the less... after this Moran just faded away... went back to cracking safes and counterfeiting cash until he was put in prison where he died of lung cancer in 57'.

  • @PromotionalEdmonton dick miller went preety far with his connection to corman....in NY NY cause scorsese worked with corman...in GREMLINS cause joe dante worked with corman, etc.

  • roger corman---one year before bonnie and clyde....this movie, with its narration, more tv's the untouchables, with color.

  • I've never understood why the St. Valentines Day massacre was supposed to be such a blow to the Moran organization. Two top torpedoes, the Guesenbergs, were taken out but among the victims were a mechanic, a retired mob accountant, a speakeasy manager and an optometrist who liked to hang out with gangster. This was supposed to cripple a criminal organization with maybe two dozens guns on the payroill?

  • I am always amused when Dick Miller appears in anything. He definitely looks like a mobster - not sure how convincing he would have been disguised as a cop in real life. :D

  • Jack Nicholson had an uncredited role in this film!
