This is Part 1 of 3 where I help Sam select images for his college photography portfolio.

Sam is trying to get accepted to Antonelli Institue and they requiere a 10 photo portfolio that is reviewed by the administration.

In this part I take a look at the photos that Sam currently has to see if he has enough solid images to create his portfolio.

There are a few shots that are worthy and a few that could definitely be built upon. Check out the video to see what the outcome of Part 1 is.

  • Hey jared. I'm trying to be a film director, would it be a good idea to study photography as well as film and media studies. ?

  • @Varadium I think so, I think photographers have a leg up going to video.

  • I really didn't like aperture priority when I first started shooting, but really it has grown on me in situations where I do not have much time to compose before the moment is gone. Also in times where I prefer to shoot more casually, like when with family & friends.

  • Good luck, Sam!

  • Aperture priority ftw!!! I love it
