Climate Champions meet UK Environment Secratary

The International Climate Champions met the UK Environment Secretary, Hilary Benn, at Defra this week to present to him three versions of the Kobe Challenge and ask him some questions. We asked if he would take these versions of the Kobe Challenge to the PM, Gordan Brown, and he said yes! Now we need your responce by adding your vote on the Champions Channel. We will then take the winning Kobe challenge to the G8+5 Ministers meeting in Kobe, Japan.

I remember when the Cockermouth floods happenned in 2009 Benn (1:31) blamed them on 'climate change'. In fact most of the damage was caused by his own department's incompetence in failing to dredge the rivers which had been left to silt up. Yup - that's climate change - an excuse for politicians to raise taxes on the poor to pay their chums in climate profiteering corporations like BP & EDF, to excuse their own environmental mismanagement while claiming they're 'saving the planet'. Pathetic.

The warming was last century and cooling is this century. This cooling will become obvious to these young feel-good activists some day and then they'll claim credit for it.

Suckers used to be born every minute. Now it's every second. It's a fad and years from now these naive assholes will claim it was for a good cause as they hunker in their cold flats. These young people remind me of the hippies of the 1960s. They were a real inspiration until they matured and realized that mom and dad and the flowers they wore wouldn't pay for they food and housing. Climate change has been happening for billions of years and of late it's global cooling. You dumb Limies are going to freeze while you fight global warming, the hypothetical event created by Al Gore. Spend your money on snowplows and you'll have done something useful And stifle the Duke.
