Very rare to see a 68 Skylark custom with a painted steel roof, as most left the factory with vinyl tops. This color combo appears to be tan lower with a dark brown painted upper This was me dream car as a child . A neighbor bought a 68 Skylark Custom bright red with a white vinyl top and matching white interior.
Always thought the rear end looked like a jet aircraft. 41 years later and this design is timeless...Poetry in motion, thanks for sharing :)
