【HD】 Rice Burger for Bento & HIKAKIN beatbox

So finally I fished editing! How do you guys like HIKAKIN's beatbox intro? I think this is the best intro I've ever got so far. Please check out his channel just in case you don't know him. And I'd like to thank to everyone who took a part in this collaboration video. I really enjoyed editing everyone's clip!

Ingredients (Serving 4 - 5 )
:200g ground chicken
: 80g minced onion
: 1 tbsp sake
: 1 tbsp soy sauce
: 3 tbsp panko (Japanese bread crumb)
: 3 tbsp corn starch or potato starch
: 1 tbsp ginger juice
: 1 egg
: salt & pepper

Teriyaki sauce
: 3 tbsp sake
: 2 tbsp soy sauce
: 1 tbsp mirin
: 1 tbsp sugar

Other ingredients for topping
: Green onion for Shiraga-negi
: Shiso leaf
: Sesame seed

Of course RICE!

Looks great! Not sure if I can find Japanese short grain rice here in Norway, but I'll try. Would it work as good with other rice types? Thanks.

hi there, I don't know which part of the US you live in, but at least in california I know that most stores carry mirin in the "oriental/asian" aisle. the one I bought is called aji-mirin and it's the kikkoman brand.

Instead of making my own teriyaki sauce, can I just buy teriyaki sauce? I don't know if I can find mirin and some other ingredients in stores.
