This is terrible!!...Just as bad as when Madonna "killed" american pie. I mean, by no means is Anthony Kiedis the best singer in th world, but this i probably one of the best rock ballad's of the 90's.... Sorry just my opinion......Fu%KiN TERRIBLE BRIAN IN PITTSBURGH

Not necessarily true. Artists have been known to own their material. Otherwise why would artists ask each other to use their songs? Ie Weird Al asked Nirvana if he could make a parody of Smells Like Teen Spirit.
