  • Sociopaths come in all ages. Daytona has become a criminal paradise for those who are underage.

    They wont get a real punishment for the crimes they commited. They will commit far more vile acts untill becomming adults, then they will get real time. For now rape, and murder warrent only counseling or up to 35 days in a CINS/FINS shelter.

  • Juvenile criminals grow up to be adult criminals. The so called juvenile justice system is a paper tiger. The kids know this.
