  • can you do a comparison of the GS mini and tha bigbaby? thanks.

  • @vhenmix GS Mini VS Big Baby, Great comparison to make... while the GS mini is smaller it actually rivals the big baby, due to the bracing used on the GS mini you get lots of boom and clarity from a very small GS body size. We will work on comparing the two in a video so you can see the difference. We are currently waiting for some big baby Taylors to come in- we will film the comparison when they arrive.

    Thanks for the question,

    Tony Polecastro

  • george clooney guitar review :D

  • One of the best demos ever that truly shows the difference btw the 2.

The others just EQ the sound to be the same- therefore, no diff if u watching a goodall dread or martin dread, they all sound the same

  • I so wish they did the Baby's with electronics in. I wanted one so bad but put it off.

  • @Skifflerman I didn't say anything to a certain style, but if you can't here the difference. In the tone and sound. From a good to a great instrument. Then you're not that good of a picker. That nothing to do with taste, or choice. Shimming kills the sound of a instrument. Go look at Taylors factory videos. This all I'm going to say. Every joint must fit as if it is one solid piece. It is called vibration. Gaps in your joints causes lack of vol. and tone. Due to lack of vibration.

  • @bluegrasssingingman short memory there fella. in your comment to sturgess you wrote - Your taste of music can't be much,or your playing - you also dont seem to grasp how and WHY shimming works in taylors. two trussrods are now more common in modern acoustics

you truly are an idiot with your comment about more metal than an electric guitar. you're full of technical info but nothing you can't find out by research. no love for guitars, just facts (often wrong). no love for he music. nada.

  • @Skifflerman LOL I don't believe I said anything, about taste in music. Martin doesn't use three piece necks. Taylor does so thats two sets of bolts and nuts in each section. So thats at lease six bolts and and washers in one neck. Not counting the shims in there neck joint. Taylor uses wood screws in there necks. That gos through there finger broad in to there neck joint. Martins, and Santa Cruz aren't made this way. Taylor has more metal in them then a Electric guitar.

  • @bluegrasssingingman you idiot. the other chap is right. you know nothing. obvously cant play yourself. theres no more metal in a taylor than a martin so you dont have any martins. taylors arent resonators! how can you comment on someone elses taste in music when all you seem to like is one style.

    -- narrow minded

    -- fantasy player.

    -- no idea

    -- can only be negative

-- probably a failed air guitarist

    --- frustrated

-- envious of those who at least try

-- that probably sums you up.

  • @bluegrasssingingman Ahh - 'Martin' - the classic fantasy guitar of the non-player. I think you've said enough to give yourself away. At least you'll have given other readers of these comments a good laugh --- nearly everyone else does seem to be a player so, like me, they'll have seen right through you. 'Bye.

  • @AlanSturgess No thanks,I'll keep my Martins, Yairi, LOL Why don't you try playing a real guitar? Your taste of music can't be much,or your playing, if you like Taylor. LOL Taylor has more metal in them then wood.

  • @bluegrasssingingman Sorry - rrealise I was responding to a numpty who has no uploads of their own and who clearly just likes writing negative comments to fuel some infantile element of frustration. Even if you do consider Taylor guitars to be junk, it would at least have raised your credibility rating above zero if you'd referred to a few objective reasons based on experience. As it is, I suggest you have a big sip of gripewater and actually try playing something. Why not try a Breedlove?

  • @AlanSturgess You're Taylor's are junk. The biggest junk made, Taylor and Ovation are the most overrated turds ever made.
