Americans don't have to be loyal to Great Britain because that's not their country. I am sorry this is 21st century world culture. We Taiwanese want good relations with the rest of the world. @asdjfh55 Do you respect your own culture? Then why did you destroy it during Cultural Revolution? Why do you not write in traditional Chinese? Is Mandarin ancient Han language or the language of the Manchus? (the name Mandarin already tells you the answer). Is Communism an Eastern political system or Western? I don't see any connection between modern day China and authentic Chinese culture. Today's China is full of irony.
