Of course this pedal isn't good for metal because it's an OVERDRIVE pedal, that's like saying OMG I crank my tube amp and it's not good for jazz. Of course not, you need a solid state amp, like a Roland Jazz Chorus. If you want something for metal buy a DISTORTION pedal... or use this to boost an already distorted signal... OMG...

Great pedal by Boss but unfortunately this demo docent do the pedal any justice. The amp your using or the recording equipment are both shabby quality. I own this pedal and it docent hum like yours is doing in the demo.

Чё-то чувак всё на риффах играет, это педалька хороша на соло, она звучит просто шикарно с хорошим дилэем. когда я игрался с процессорами, я продал эту педаль, теперь конечно жалею. Настоящий саунд. Всем любителям блюза и джаз-рока.
