@snakes3425 the venom can be potent to someone who is allergic to bees.

@snakes3425 LOL if you want to remove a hive or get rid of Goth Bees call a bee keeper or get an exterminator like Billy.

Regardless of what the Swarm may have shown Killer Bee venom is no more potenant then normal Bee Venom, they just attack more ferociously and in larger numbers and when provoked they tend to stay mad longer then normal Honeybees, and like I said the Swarm's predicition about Killer Bees turning the Southwest into a no man's land is fantasy, most attacks happen because people try to remove Killer Bee Nests themselves or they get too close to a Nest they didn't know was there
-
@snakes3425 LOL you don't want to provoke goth bees because their stings will kill you when exterminators round them up they have bee suits on and bottles filled with liquid smoke the smoke calms them down until they die in their own honey. to avoid spreading the colony all the cones must be remove and burned.
-
They got the nickname Killer Bee because of how aggressivily they'll defend their colonies if provoked, and they're far easier to provoke then normal honey bees. I've actualy heard beekeepers prefer the Africanized Bees to European Bees because the Africanized Bees produce more honey
Killer Bee is actually a nickname, offically they're called African Honey Bees, because they were originally from Africa, but when they were imported to Brazi for breeding, they accidentally escaped and migrated northwards
