I remember these very well! I had a dog named Liberty Belle from 1990 to 2006, and back in the early 90's I asked TV 20 to use dogs with patriotic names for July 4th - and they went for it! I think we had two dogs named Liberty Belle, and a dog named Flag, and a dog named Star, etc. My apartment was burglarized in 1993 and my VCR was stolen with the tape of my Liberty Belle on it - so for sure the year was either 1991, 1992 or 1993 - most likely 1992? If I could find it I would be THRILLED!
