  • incredible..Hawyard, Lodge, Thomas, Edge...they were really as good as the Beatles, and unlike Lennon and his puss Yoko Ono.....Hayward still rules.

  • "Tell us what you've seen, in faraway forgotten lands, where empires have turned back to sand." What a fabulous line.

I have to wonder whether, in this dumbed down world, anyone could write such a lyric now.

  • @calinder403 I bought and still have this album in 1970 in Big Spring, TX...at the time..and probably still today...a one horse town. Midnight Cowboy's opening scene was filmed there. In my opinion you scored on this purchase!! A tip of the hat to you friend!!

  • @57babyboomer It doesn't matter whether or not they build monuments. For we who were around in the day when this was released will never forget. Thanks to the internet you too will always remember.

  • My Yahoo Homepage has a Famous picture of a Lightning strike down through The Eifel Tower!...I'm thinking...who do I know that I could email it to who could appreciate that pic with it thundershowering here in the state of Maryland in the USA!... with this song always a thought!..paging The Lovliest Woman on Planet Earth! 'with The Moody Blues!
