best workout I had in awhile even though my numbers arent that impressive. I was going ATG for 220 but felt too drained so I went parallel for the next 3 reps. testing out my new camera, Canon T3i so thats why you see some Thai food in the end.

oh please. i get so much shit every squat day for my form still. my knees still come in all the time. knees coming forward too.
