i have the default one that came wit my comp and it runs fsx pretty good on high with traffic

Is the Nvidia GeForce 7050 Graphics card good?

Not really, I have an Nvidia 8600 gts and can only run FSX on medium settings and no traffic. With your card you will be able to do the minimum.
