  • heady but interesting thoughts...

1975 was a very transitional year in music and culture, very sucky in many ways at the time...but now I'd go back to 1975 in a second witout a second thought!

  • Been searching for this video for 2 years and i forgot how good it sounded. His backing singers are tasty peaches too.

  • The song was composed by Tony Macaulay - one of the greatest British songwriters ever - and former Seeker Keith Potger. Tony's penned 6 British chart-toppers and won 9 Ivor Novello awards, so why isn't he an OBE yet? I know he resides mainly in the US nowadays; but so does Albert Hammond, who was (rightly) made an OBE.

  • @EddyPop100 - it's Billy Livsey, who has also backed many other stars such as Tina Turner, Kenny Rogers and Gallagher & Lyle.

  • @potaluca absolutely, I would go back there with you , it only it could be possible. think we lived throught he best era ever.

  • Is this an actual live performance on TOTPs and is that Darlene Love on the right?

  • See that bloke playing the piano!? You fancy him, you do...

  • noel is bLOODY CHILDESS.

  • a song about unrequited love but a happy and positive song , not my usual thing but I love it - it makes me smile and dance :)

  • Who were the singers? Was it Sue and Sunny?

  • @DAVETIGHTFIT Thanks for mentioning this. After I read it I looked up Moonlight Shdow on YouTube and played it. I hadn't heard it in years and had quite forgotten it so thanks for jogging my memory.

  • Is that Sheila Ferguson in the centre?
