Sandra is a transsexual, who cut off her own legs with a saw over 6 years ago because she decided she no longer wanted them. Sandra said she decided at the age of 14 that it never felt right to have legs, and finally took action to get rid of them.

i didnt know I had a medical condition until i was 25 and i've hated my legs since i was a kid.but yeah..i'm not insane. so i'm going to keep my legs even though they hurt every day to stand on..

My point is that i can relate to him, and hey, HE SEEMS HAPPIER FOR IT so lets just let him be happy, eh? everyone has their reasons. maybe he just sucks at really explaining his.

I have a disease in my legs. they are slowly wasting away. Since i was a lot younger, i TOO really wish i could get rid of them. they cause me a lot of pain and its hard to walk. I would get prosthetics. That said, I would NEVER ACTUALLY cut my legs off. that's just insane.

I hate when people criticise others with alien limb syndrome. People with this syndrome feel such the need to get rid of their limbs that they go to extremes like afflicting their limbs with frostbite and gangrene.
