Great Jackass Movie !
Strida Bikes are great to ride - and great to take on the subway. Using combination of ride + subway I am probably faster across town faster than anything else.
That is if I dont get stopped by folk asking questions about it !
Just look at my YouTube video "Strida 5.0 Does Cozumel - Via Cruise Ship" and you'll see how smooth the ride is. The video was shot with a digital camera with no camera shake hardware/software. Thus, the shots filmed while riding give a great idea of what you can expect in real life.
