what do u mean by plastic coated? and i wanna to know what is the Ghost deck is made of or any good deck what's it made of?

The ghost deck is good, on the sides of the box it will show the finish, "Air Cushion, non-air cushion, plastic coated, UV - 500"
What you want to watch out for are "100 % plastic" these cards are not good for magic.

Never heard of royal, maybe you could send me a picture of them. But usually stay away from any cards that are 100% plastic. If there plastic coated it's ok
