In part 1, I talk about the Library (and a little bit about the Clip Bin also) the Clip Bin and where I cover in detail the difference between the Clip Bin and the Library in Camtasia Studio 7.1 (it also applies to older version of Camtasia Studio).
Did you missed part 2 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4G5ICC7i_yw) where I talk extensively about the Clip Bin and how to save your project a one compact .zip file ready to archive or send via the internet in Camtasia Studio 7.1 (it also applies to older version of Camtasia Studio)?
I have created this 2 part video about how to use the Clip Bin and the Library in Camtasia Studio 7.1. These 2 videos will also apply to older version of Camtasia Studio...no guarante on that! ). I was asked multiple time about the difference between the Clip Bin and the Library and on how to us both of them.
I had to break the video into 2 parts because of the time limit on YouTube (15 minutes). The 2 videos are almost 14 mminutes each as i tried to go into as much detail as posible without turning this into a 2 hours video.
I the 2 videos, you will learn about the difference between the Clip Bin and the Library in Camtasia Studio and to use each one effectively. I also talk about the best way to archive your project and to export them as a .zip files. Exporting your project as a .zip file ensure that even if you delete some of the media (images, videos and sounds) that you included in your project, you can still keep the integrity of the project and that you will still be able to open the project at a later date.
The Clip Bin and the Library are 2 powerful feature of the Camtasia Studio screen recording software.

@Lovedplayr2408 If you go to the TechSmith site you can dd the library files (techsmith . com/camtasia-library-media . html - I added space on each side of the . so the link is not blocked YouTube). They seem to have add new library items from time to time so it's a good idea to visit there site once in a while. To install the library media just follow the instructions the top of the download page.

I would give you links but YouTube is not allowing it! You can start by searching on Google for "free intro video" or "intro video". If you want great quality go to the videohive(.net) site also check on ShutterStock(.com) and Istockphoto(.com) and other stock photo site since they now have video to offer. Free video are of lesser quality but paid one are great and can be in HD.
Hope this helps :-)
