speed up all internet applications

this is a little trick to make your internet go faster (any program that uses a connection) windows reserves 10 percent of your bandwith for itself even when it isn't being used. so this trick will get that 10 percent back.
open regedit.exe. go to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\policies\microsoft\windows\*!!([psched])!!*
make a dword value called NonBestEffortLimit
value=0

it will only affect the computer the registry has been modified on.
